Harris Wedding - Country Rustic Elopement

Mr & Mrs Harris.

These two got married overlooking the Waranga Basin (Lake). Close Friends and Family all travelled 3 hours or more to all attend the wedding and camp the night!

There was so much personal touch to this wedding, they made the bouquets themselves, the decorations, DIY on pretty much everything which is exactly what they wanted.

Guests sat on haybales, and the couple were married under the timber rustic arbour they made.

This wedding was by far from smooth sailing for them, but with the support of their friends everything came together perfectly! Their daughter was sick the week before, so she wasnt having a bar of anyone but mum, The groomsman stepped up as a baker and made their cake the night before, the wedding car wasnt ready on time, the hair & make up artist I helped organise within the last 3 weeks, the groom FORGOT his shirt (3 hours away) and guests had to bring them, and the men also forgot the flowers on their shirts BUT this was so funny, the best personal touch for them and their special day.

It all came together so beautifully.

I met the girls in Toolamba at a beautiful air B&B, then headed to the groom. We had organised for them to do a first glance, and read their vows in private (because we all knew Shane wouldnt make it through his without shedding a tear, or 5) then the girls jumped on the back of the Ute and began the ceremony.
